2026 NYC Leadership Class

The Neshoba Youth Coalition is proud to announce the opening of registrations for our signature leadership development program. This comprehensive course is designed for high school students who are ready to step into their potential and lead change in their communities.

Participants will engage in a curriculum that balances practical skill-building with ethical leadership theory. Through hands-on projects and professional mentorship, each student will develop a personal leadership action plan tailored to their future goals.

Classes are scheduled to begin on August 12, 2026. Spaces are limited to ensure high-quality mentorship and small-group interaction for every participant. We encourage early registration to secure a place in this transformative experience.

What Students Will Experience

  • One-on-one mentorship with established NYC leaders.
  • Interactive workshops on public speaking and conflict resolution.
  • Participation in real-world community impact projects.
  • Academic support and college readiness coaching.
  • Exclusive networking opportunities within the NYC coalition.

Our curriculum is designed to be immersive and results-oriented, providing students with experiences that extend far beyond the traditional classroom setting.

What Makes NYC Different

Unlike programs that focus solely on extracurricular fun, NYC prioritizes tangible outcomes. We use our signature ABC Framework® to ensure every student develops Competence, Confidence, and Character.

Our deep roots in Neshoba County mean our students don't just learn about leadership in theory; they practice it in the very neighborhoods they call home.

The NYC Family

When a student joins the Leadership Class, they become part of a lifelong network. Our alumni continue to support, mentor, and open doors for one another long after graduation.

We cultivate an environment of mutual respect, where diverse perspectives are celebrated and student voices are the primary drivers of our coalition's initiatives.
